I love this item. I have been searching for months trying to choose a Panini maker. The choice to purchase from Grover Brothers Restaurant Equipment was an excellent decision. They were there from me from the beginning to the end. I had so many questions. It was hard because I wanted a nicer panini maker than the average model yet there were no reviews to go by. Also, I am not an experienced restaurant owner so I didn't know how to use it. This one, the Adcraft is not like your home panini maker. Also, it is bigger than I imagined. It can probably make 6 sandwiches at a time and it weighs near 50 pounds! I love panini's so much! If you decide to get one, don't get alarmed like I did about the initial smell and smoke. It is the wax burning off the grill and is normal for first time use. Also, I was not experienced and my first panini stuck to the grill because I did not "season" it first.
